The last time I saw Terry he hugged me and thanked me for coming home, for making mum happy, and making him happy. 

It was a warm heartfelt hug that I will treasure forever.  We both knew it would probably be the last time we'd see each other in person.

I'm grateful my little sisters have had a good dad that loved and cared for them over the years, and my niece's a wonderful grandad. 

Terry was a good man and though, like in all families we had our ups and downs I always knew I could rely on him if ever I was in need. He was there for us.

I'll miss you old man, rest in peace ❤️💐
